All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping (within Australia)

We offer complimentary shipping within Australia on ALL ARTWORK. Depending on the size of the original artwork it will be shipped via Australia Post or art courier. Prints will be shipped rolled in a tube and will need to be stretched and framed by a professional framer.

Framing Instructions

Your beautiful print will come rolled in a tube and needs to be taken to a professional framer for framing.

We understand that it is very tempting, but please resist the urge to open your print immediately. Ensure that the print packaging is only opened by a professional framer, as the prints are delicate and may be damaged by mishandling.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on ALL ARTWORK. For all artwork larger than 95 x 95cm, artwork will be taken off stretcher bar and shipped in a rolled container for safety and ease of transporting.

Please keep in mind that you order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Stefana Kachirski Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Return policy

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.

Send images to hello@stefanakachirskiart.com.au and I will replace your print with an identical one. For originals or small originals that are damaged during transit, I will replace it with a commission.
